Consumer-directed to ensure a society of equal opportunity for all persons, regardless of disability.

LEAP serves persons with disabilities in eight northeast Ohio counties and promotes self-determination, peer support, self-help and self-advocacy, system advocacy, and equal access to society which leads to empowerment, independence, inclusion, and maximized leadership. 80% of the board members and 50% of the 42 staff are persons with disabilities.
