LEAP serves persons with disabilities in eight northeast Ohio counties and promotes self-determination, peer support, self-help and self-advocacy, system advocacy, and equal access to society which leads to empowerment, independence, inclusion, and maximized leadership. The majority of our board members and staff members are persons with disabilities.
