Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential (LEAP)
LEAP: Employers

Community Employment Services is a team of dedicated professionals ready to assist your business in meeting its human resources needs and retaining valued current employees.

Your goal:
To increase your company’s productivity and keep costs down.

Our goal:
To help make that happen.

Your employees are your most valuable asset.  A well-trained, dependable staff is vital to a company’s success. However, most Baby Boomers born between 1957 and 1964 hold a job for fewer than five years before leaving to go elsewhere, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported in August 2004. The turnover rate will be even higher for younger workers.

The result? Ever-increasing costs to your business for recruitment, training and retention programs can quickly erode your profit margin.

Community Employment Services can help boost your business. Our professionals can provide job-ready workers with disabilities to fill your human resources needs. We offer recruitment, placement and retention services, and training and technical assistance resulting in satisfaction among employees and management. Also available are training programs that will assist your business with accessibility compliance.
