Job Coach (PRN/As-Needed)

LEAP (Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential) is a thriving Cleveland nonprofit organization committed to assisting people with disabilities in living independently in their own homes, participating in community life, and finding and maintaining employment.

We are looking for a qualified coach to help people with disabilities to achieve success at work by providing coaching throughout their shifts including delivering feedback on work performance, job skills, and interpersonal skills as well as helping navigate work culture and social environments.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience interacting or working with persons with disabilities in a professional or personal setting
• Work hours vary; must be able to work evenings and/or weekends if necessary
