The Department of Medicaid, and hosted in partnership with the Center for Community Solutions is asking for input from Medicaid beneficiaries regarding their experiences with managed care companies as they re-bid their managed care contracts. For more information, please see their provided flyer.
Please note that this forum is intended to elicit feedback from beneficiaries, not from agency execs and other professionals. Agencies and professionals who work with managed care can submit feedback through ODM’s Request for Information (RFI) process.
