Quality of life matters, and for individuals who work with LEAP, quality of life is changed in highly personalized ways. When people with disabilities work with LEAP, they experience not only independence and choice, but also a heightened sense of life’s joys.

Here are just a few of the LEAP Services Outcomes from 2016 - 2017

1,592 Individuals and families served.

229 People with disabilities received job training or community-based work assessments.

43 Persons living in nursing homes were assisted in moving home through Ohio’sHome Choice program, which facilitates community-based living.

86 Youth with disabilities were provided with career exploration & job readiness skills.

53 People with disabilities were hired by Northeast Ohio companies.

56 People we reserved through the Personal Care Assistance Program, helping them to remain employed.

359 People with developmental disabilities participated in Quantum LEAP, an adaptive community recreation program.

377 People were assisted with applying for and receiving public benefits services.
