Town Hall discussing Disability Employment, Independent Living, & Community Access

We are holding an In-Person Town Hall in partnership with Disability Rights Ohio.

This Town Hall will include Ohio Senators/Reps, Mayors, City Council Members, and County Council Members.

There are over 20 elected officials registered to attend!

Topics of discussion will include;

  • Diversity in Employment,
  • Living in the Community, and
  • Community Access/Accessibility.


Join us to:

  • Build a relationship with your elected officials
  • Connect with your district's office
  • Speak about how the issues identified above impact you and others in the disability community
  • Learn what your elected officials do to support people with disabilities


LEAP and DRO want to ensure an accessible meeting for all. CART and ASL will be provided. Please refrain from heavily scented perfumes and lotions. Masks are optional; please, bring your own if you would like to wear one. All additionally accommodation requests, please note in the registration form.
