Aquacize

Aquacize is an opportunity to experience successes, increase comfort level, and have fun in an aquatic environment. Participants exercise in shallow waters, and are required to have appropriate swimwear, along with a caregiver present and actively participating in the water. Swim experience not required.

Please be there by 6:00pm to allow time to be ready for the start of the session.
Sessions will start at 6:15pm.

Parkview Pool has an ADA pool lift.
