Back"Viewing Party" - Statewide Independent Living Center’s public hearing on the State Plan for Independent Living

The Ohio Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC), the Centers for Independent Living (CIL), and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities is submitting an amendment to their 2017-2019 State Plan for Independent Living to extend the plan into 2020.
On May 15, 1 - 3pm, there will be a public hearing for the public to provide feedback to this amendment.
The hearing is at Embassy Suites at the Columbus Airport and will be live streamed with ASL interpreting and CART Captioning.
LEAP will be hosting a ''viewing party' at LEAP offices. Anyone who is interested in watching the live stream, is welcomed to attend. Please RSVP below.
LEAP is a CIL and member of SILC.
Plan Information
Ohio currently approved the State Plan for fiscal years 2017 - 2019. There has been given an option to make substantial changes to the current plan and extend that to the 2020 fiscal year due to delays in the new template for future 3-year State Plans.
