Due to low registration, we are canceling this session of Aquacize.

Aquacize is an opportunity to experience successes, increase comfort level, and have fun in an aquatic environment. Participants exercise in shallow waters, and are required to have appropriate swimwear, along with a caregiver present and actively participating in the water. Swim experience not required. Session will start at 6:15pm.
Please note that this is water exercise, not swim lessons.
