Leah from Communities In Motion will lead this group in dances and movement that will get that heart rate up. This is a low impact program and tons of fun.
She plays current songs and has old favorites as well. Come get some exercise, boost your mood, express yourself and learn new moves!
- Bring your own water; none provided.
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
- Note that the parking lot is shared with Heinen's.
