Guests: Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP), along with representatives from Buckeye, CareSource, United Healthcare, Molina and Aetna.
Agenda: The Breaking Silences MyCare Subcommittee created the MyCare Conversion Charter Suggestions document with the help of end users of both the MyCare Ohio program and Self-direction. This document details what we would like to see in both programs that could make them better suited to serve people with disabilities.
The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss this document with the Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP) and the Managed Care organizations, to get feedback, and identify common advocacy priorities, as well as areas the health plans could implement change.
