Welcome to Quantum LEAP, an adapted social and recreation program!

Quantum LEAP offers social, recreational, and athletic opportunities for adults with disabilities, ages 18+.

With events taking place throughout Cuyahoga County, Quantum LEAP offers participants the opportunity to be actively involved in their community.

Quantum LEAP offers year-round activities that are specifically designed or adapted for persons with disabilities and seniors. Sessions vary in length from one day to four - six weeks long, and change throughout the year.

Participants must be 18 years or older w/a disability and reside in Cuyahoga County.

In 2022, LEAP received a grant from the Cuyahoga County Department of Senior and Adult Services which allows LEAP to offer discounted rates – but – ONLY for participants who meet the grantee’s eligibility requirements.  This discounted rate is for participants who are seniors, ages 60 and over or aged 18 – 59 w/a disability as determined by the Social Security Administration and reside in Cuyahoga County.  Participants must be approved in order to receive the discounted rate.
