Focus on Transition to Adult Life
LEAP teaches high school students with disabilities important life skills and prepares them for a successful transition to adult life.
With support, students with disabilities can achieve success in the work world and in higher education.
LEAP's School-to-Work Transition program is held at Glenville and James Ford Rhodes High Schools in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
This year-round program combines work-related instructional activities with on-the-job training and has been recognized by the National Youth Employment Coalition.
We are excited to be a partner with Glenville and James Ford Rhodes High Schools for over 25 years.
