Antonio explores work opportunities through SYWE

"I like everything!" Antionio said about his summer work experience.

He wrapped up the experience at Burlington. "Here I'm organizing, putting things in proper spot. I do like working with people. One of the things I like about it here," says Antonio.

He'll be a senior next year and looking forward to it! When not at school, he enjoys playing basketball with his friends.

The Summer Youth Work Experience (SYWE) program by LEAP provides students with disabilities to gain hands-on work experience in the summer. They work with a job coach to help them learn the tasks of the job but also skills such as working with others, being on time, and advocating for oneself.
